18th Annual Anatomic Pathology Updated Course (5172)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

  Tuition/Fees Tuition is $1350 before 22 February 2008 and $1550 afterward. NIH residents can attend the course for $600; first, you must create an AskAFIP account at http://www.askafip.org.  Click on register.  Participants should complete the form and record the User ID (we suggest last name if not previously entered) and password for future reference.  You can register under the DoD rate. The fee for medical residents and fellows is $700 when registration is accompanied by a letter from their program director. Participants who attend the 2007 Anatomic Pathology Course will receive a 50% discount for the 2008 course if you attend.  Each participant will be given the syllabi on CD.  There will be no printed syllabi.  You are welcome to bring a laptop. Active-duty US military, residents, Department of Defense civilians, full-time permanent Department of Veterans Affairs employees, and commissioned officers of the US Public Health Service with authorized approval have a registration of $600.
